Order Details

How To Order?

We need following information from you:

* Company details (company name, full address, VAT number if you are VAT payer);

* Which products and which quantity you need.

After we will receive this information, we will send you the pro forma invoice. When we will receive the payment, your order will be prepared in 2-4 working days and ready for dispatch. Payment should be made to our bank account or as cash. You will find on pro forma invoice our account detailes.

Minimum Order

Minimum order quantity is specified in every offer.

Can I Inspect The Goods?

Yes, it is most preferred way. We always recommend to give us a visit and drink a cup of coffee. Please inform us few days before Your arrival.

Delivery

Delivery is F.O.B Istanbul, TURKEY. To calculate the delivery cost: please send us the email with full delivery address and the quantity you want to order. Then our partners will calculate the delivery cost.

Of course, you can always look for delivery options on your own (most preffered)

Payment

We accept bank transfer or cash in TL, EURO, USD. All prices are provided on 0% VAT basis.

Discounts

Discount depends on ordered quantity and continuity of cooperation. Anyway, we are always open for negotiations. 

Reservation Of Products

Most of our products can be reserved by making the advance payment. This can be arranged with sales managers directly.
